How the Personal Chef Service Works

First, we meet for a complimentary consultation. During the consultation, we will go over an assessment form which includes your likes, dislikes, preferences, and requirements of dishes that will be prepared in your home. We will look around your kitchen and make sure that all of your appliances are in working order. We will thoroughly go through your refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and kitchen cabinets to become familiar with your kitchen before the first cook date. I then research and customize a menu according to your specifications. I go shopping for the freshest ingredients that are available, arrive at your home with the groceries and my equipment, prepare and properly store and package meals in containers, provide re-heating directions, clean up, take out the trash, and leave your home with a clean kitchen.

Grocery Deposit and Service Payment:

A $100 grocery deposit and service payment is due prior to the cook date.

Container Fee:

There will be a one time fee of $75 for the purchase of Pyrex containers.

Cancellation Policy:

A 48 hour cancellation is required prior to the cook date to avoid a fee of $100.

Referral Discount:

You will receive a 10% discount off your next service if you refer someone who schedules one cook date.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates can be used for any service and has no expiration date.
